Masayuki Uehara is a Founder of the Horos Partners Group (HPG) and Director on the company at a Singapore, a position he held since 2008. Mr. Uehara has 18 years of financial industry experience. He has worked across (M&A) advisory and venture investment (primary investment) within the South-East Asian region, Oceania, Hong Kong and India. He also focusses on industries such as commodities, food, manufacturing, utilities, mobility service, oil and gas.
From 2001 to 2008, he was recruited to manage the PE investment in Mitsubishi Corporation, particularly in the Living Essentials Group in Japan. He has gained invaluable insights in sales, planning and development of raw materials, as well as commercial distribution. He also analyzed portfolio for the value chain assigned and defined growth opportunities.

From 2008 to 2017, he has 9 years of experience with Marubeni Corporation principally focused on commodity trading, business development, corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions and PMI management in locations including, USA, Canada, Turkey and Brazil.
Prior to joining Horos Partners, he has worked for a Japanese listed company as a General Manager of Corporate Planning Office.
He has worked on various M&A projects in Southeast Asia at Horos Partners in industries such as food, oil and gas, automobile, medical etc and has acted as project manager on significant transactions.
SHIKI KERA

Shiki is the founded an advisory company based in London focused on Europe/Asia cross boarder M&A and strategic partnership lead, with 18 years of experience in finance, corporate investment and M&A.
Shiki has a specific knowledge in renewable energy, energy transition, biofuels, oil & gas, infrastructure, nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
Formerly, Shiki worked with Mitsui & Co., Ltd from 2001 to 2019 in Tokyo, Milan and London and took part in corporate investment practice in renewable, disruptive energy services and chemicals, in addition to LNG projects development and management.
